Financial Requirements
Start-up Investment: LOCAL DESIGN MARKETINGTM offers a licensed advertising-sales business opportunity – a services business, with no inventory, that is intended to be operated from home. The risks and start-up investment associated with our opportunity are therefore very low. All you need is a phone/fax line, a computer, a combo printer/fax/scanning machine, a car, and business stationery, and you’re ready to go!

License Fee: $15,000/Territory. We ask for a $5,000 refundable deposit that will be applied toward the License Fee (see Stage 2 of our “Simple 6-Step Process” which explains all you need to know about our deposit). AND: Do ask us about our master license opportunities!

Training: 14-day initial training course held at our head office in Nova Scotia. The fee for the initial training course is included in the License Fee. You will need to fund your own travel, accommodation and food.

Royalty: 5% of gross revenue.

Other Fees:
Design, printing, and shipping of custom presentation folders.
Licensee local-marketing commitment.
Marketing Fund (starting in Year 2).
Website fee (starting in Year 2).
